World Bulk Wine Exhibition 2021
The Regional Institute of Wine and Oil organizes participation in the trade fair "World Bulk Wine Exhibition 2021” which will take place from 22 to 23 November 2021 in Amsterdam.
The organization intends to involve up to a maximum of 8 cooperative winery companies which will be selected based on the criteria of the number of registered members and the hectoliters of wine claimed under Controlled Designation of Origin and Protected Geographical Indication. Please remember that participation in the World Bulk Wine Exhibition is limited exclusively to the wine sector.
The setup for a single exhibition location, paid by the cooperative winery, involves a cost of €1,000.00 (one thousand) + VAT.
The payment of this sum must be made directly to the sole contact person for Italy of WBWE Amsterdam, after the selection and related communication by this office. Please note that the transport of the goods to be displayed on the stand is the responsibility of the participating companies.
Companies must also ensure the presence of a representative in the assigned exhibition space.
In order to participate in the event, companies must send their registration to the following email address [email protected] via the appropriate attached form, completed in all its parts, no later than Friday 08 October 2021.
Each single station of the cooperative social cellars has approximately 4.5 square meters with all services included.
The shipping of the wines is the responsibility of the wineries and all samples must reach the warehouse in the Netherlands no later than November 15, 2021.
At the moment, due to Covid limitations, only one person can be present in every 4.5 square metres. The green pass will be required at the entrance.
Each winery will be able to benefit from:
a)Silent tasting room: tasting area where up to three samples can be presented free of charge.
b) Business area: meeting areas available to meet with customers, in case the assigned stand is temporarily occupied.

Public Consultation Update PTPCT IRVO 2025-2027
Public consultation for the purpose of updating the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2025/2027 In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2025/2027, all those who are interested are invited - in particular citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests - to send observations and/or proposals to the Person in Charge of the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated when drafting the document.
