Slow Food: Wine. The fifth Irvos/Unipa seminar is underway
The appointments with the series of seminars on the "Vitivinicultural system" resume, promoted by the DEMETRA Department of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Palermo in close collaboration with the Regional Institute of Wines and Oils of Sicily. Meetings that aim to generate and disseminate knowledge and raise the skills useful for the competitive development of companies in the Sicilian wine sector.
The appointment is for Friday, March 9, at 3.30 pm in the “Gian Pietro Ballatore” Aula Magna of the Faculty of Agriculture. “Slow Food: wine” is the theme of the meeting which will see protagonists Carlo Petrini, founder of Slow Food and founder of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, and Paolo De Castro, former Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, today full professor of Agricultural Policy at the University of Bologna, president of the Agriculture and Rural Development Commission of the European Parliament.

Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
