Food Safety, conference in Palermo
Giorgio Calabrese, the nutritionist and new commissioner of IRVOS, was among the speakers at an important conference on food safety which took place in Palermo, at the Botanical Garden. Ensuring effective control systems and evaluating compliance with the regulations of EU on food safety and quality. This is the topic that was addressed by the various industry experts who attended the round table.
