Tastings guided by the oenologist Gianni Giardina of IRVO and each day dedicated to a different area of the island. Yesterday the area from Iblei to Etna, today that of the Madonie and the province of Trapani, tomorrow the areas of Caltanissetta, Enna and Agrigento will be the protagonists. Followed by the Nebrodi and the province of Palermo.
“Our intent – commented the manager responsible for the Development area of the regional tourism department, Lucia Fatta – is to implement tourist flows towards the island. Today we are doing it differently, provoking an emotion, the emotion of taste."
