Prowein 2022

As is known, the Dusseldorf Prowein will be held from 27 to 29 March 2022 and the companies participating with the Institute will be allocated in the spaces of pavilion 16, at Stand numbers C62 and A71. Companies already registered will keep the positions already assigned by drawing lots.

Our organization has availability for 6 workstations to be assigned (single workstation €6,710.00 including VAT), number conditioned by compliance with the Fair's Covid-19 anti-contagion protocol.

Companies interested in participating must communicate by 07/20/2021, by email to [email protected] And happy.capraro@region.sicilia.it the desire to participate, filling in the attached form (Mod 1) and accepting The participation rules (Mod 2), signed and stamped. The 6 positions that have become free will be assigned according to the chronological order of arrival of the requests, occupying the lowest free position number, without further drawing lots. The Institute will communicate to companies their position within the 6 stations.

Applicant companies must send by 07/31/2021, copy of document proving the payment of €3,000.00 as a deposit on the participation fee, to be paid to the Institute's current account IBAN IT 08 K0521 6046 12 00000 9106 907 – Credito Valtellinese – Palermo Agency. The Institute will request the balance from companies that are up to date with the payment of the advance payment, equal to €3,710.00 by 31 December 2021. In the absence of payment of the balance on the date indicated above, the deposit already paid will be forfeited by the Institution.

In the event that the requests exceed the number of 6, the relative ranking for the assignments will be made, once the documentation is complete (application, regulation, payment of the advance fee), in relation to the arrival time.

Applications for admission that are missing even one of the three required documents will not be taken into consideration.

Furthermore, applications from individuals who have outstanding accounts with the Institute will not be taken into consideration.

Applications in order but exceeding 36 units will be placed on a waiting list which will be used in the event of an expansion of the exhibition area or the withdrawal of one or more companies already registered.

The participation fee of €6,710.00 entitles you to:

– exhibition structures and related services

– daily cleaning of the structure

– 1 or 2 exhibitor passes depending on availability for the organisation

– transport of goods from Palermo to Düsseldorf (excess goods will not be returned)

– standard tasting glass service and related cleaning

– Hostess service

The fee does not include

internet access
pass exceeding the assigned number - car pass
products to accompany tastings
napkins - drop saver - corkscrew
ice
transport of material that cannot be approved for wine cartons (whether 6 or 12 bottles)

Should Messe Düsseldorf request a reduction in the number of stations, due to problems related to compliance with the Covid-19 anti-contagion protocol adopted by the Fair, the criterion of the chronological order of presentation of the requests will be followed.

This Notice does not constitute a commitment for IRVO to participate in PROWEIN 2022. Therefore, in the event that such participation, for any reason, does not take place, nothing will be due to the companies as compensation for the lack of presence at the fair, with the exception of the reimbursement of the amount paid without any increase (interest, revaluation, etc.).
