Process and Product Innovation Project in the Sicilian wine supply chain
From 22 to 25 March, in pavilion 2 of the Verona Fair, it will be possible to taste the company wines of the project "Process and product innovation in the Sicilian wine supply chain" financed under line 4.1.1.1. of the OP FESR Sicily 4.1.1.1.
The results of the research of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil were transferred to five wineries (Cantine Settesoli, leader, Cantina Primavera, Cantine Colomba Bianca, CVA Soc. Coop. Canicattì and Cantina Nicosia) which produced less alcoholic reds with non-Saccharomyces yeasts, white and red wines without sulphites, and red wines with greater longevity. The wines will be available for tasting at the stands of the individual wineries.
