On the occasion of the 7th edition of the Blue Sea Land, IRVO is organizing the round table "Quality and environmental sustainability certifications in Sicilian food supply chains" on 5 October in collaboration with the Agriculture Department, which will be held at the institutional area, Piazza della Repubblica, at 3.00 pm.
They will speak:

Alessandro Chiarelli, President of COFIOL Sicily
Francesca Salvia, Wine Controls and Certifications Unit – IRVO
Ciro Zscopio, President of the Consortium for the Protection of DOP Val di Mazara Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Giuseppe Bursi, President of Cantine Settesoli
Pietro Pipitone, Vice President of the Sicily PGI EVO Oil Consortium
Vincenzo Cusumano, IRVO General Manager.
Also on Friday 5 October, at the institutional stand, the tasting “GRILLO & NERO D'AVOLA - EXCELLENCES OF THE DOC SICILIA COMBINED WITH TYPICAL PRODUCTS OF THE SEA AND THE LAND” will be held at 6.00 pm by Gianni Giardina – IRVO winemaker and Maurizio Lunetta – Director of the DOC Sicily Consortium
