DEFERMENT TO 11/30/2020 FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE ANNUAL HARVEST DECLARATION

Producers are informed that with Departmental Ministerial Note PIUE 9313185 of 11/13/2020 the deadline for submitting the annual harvest declaration (2020/2021 campaign) has been deferred from 15 November 2020 to November 30, 2020.

This deferral, however, cannot concern producers who have submitted an application for aid for the measure of voluntary containment of production referred to in the interministerial decree of 22 July 2020, n. 9018686, as compliance with the deadline of 15 November 2020 is, in this case, necessary and preparatory for the correct implementation of the measure and, in particular, for the prescribed carrying out of the controls.
