Management Controls

The management control unit manages the planning, control and evaluation system of the organisation's administrative action, also for the purpose of providing the data necessary for strategic control. The OU also temporarily manages the management evaluation process pending the complete implementation of the system envisaged by LR5\11.
The OU is responsible for the start-up and coordination of the "Full Service".
