COMPARATIVE PROCEDURE

CELEBRATIVE BROCHURE ASSIGNMENT

The task of drafting the text of the commemorative booklet, of which in the notice prot. 7884 of 10/28/2020, was assigned to the Soc. De Gustibus Italia of Fabrizio Carrera

This Institute, on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the constitution, has decided to produce and publish a celebratory booklet, written in a journalistic/literary key, by the end of 2020.

Therefore the IRVO intends to carry out a comparative procedure, pursuant to art. 6 and 6 bis of Legislative Decree 165/2001 and subsequent amendments. to find a qualified individual to entrust the task to, based on the following methods.

Object of the assignment: drafting of a text regarding the history of the Institute, written in a journalistic/literary key, of approximately 20 pages, including photographs, considered an A5 format. The texts and photographs will be provided by IRVO. The final text of the essay, drawn up in compliance with copyright regulations, must receive approval from the Institute.

Duration of the assignment: the assignment must be completed within 10 days of acceptance of the assignment. Any extensions for proven needs must be shared in writing by the IRVO.

Participation in the Notice: professionals, newspapers, companies that have adequate internal professionalism for the preparation of the brochure in a journalistic/literary key can submit their own proposal, using the attached model.

Compensation:for the assignment there is an honorarium of €4,000.00 inclusive of withholdings, contributions and VAT if due.

Requirements for admission

To be admitted to the selection for the profile set out in this notice, the following requirements are required:

a) to be an Italian citizen, except for the equivalents established by the laws in force for citizens of the European Union;

b) to enjoy civil and political rights;

c) absence of criminal convictions that prevent, pursuant to the provisions in force on the matter, the establishment of employment relationships with the public administration;

d) absence of provisions regarding the application of prevention measures and not being in the conditions of exclusion provided for under Legislative Decree no. 159/2011 and subsequent amendments. (anti-mafia legislation);

e) not be in a state of incompatibility with the proceeding public administration nor have any impediments to contracting with the PA;

f) not to be in conflict of interests and/or causes of incompatibility with the IRVO;

g) not having committed a serious error, ascertained by a final sentence, in the exercise of one's professional activity;

h) not have suffered disciplinary sanctions activated by the Order to which they belong in relation to the exercise of their professional activity;

i) to be in compliance with the obligations relating to the payment of social security and welfare contributions;

l) to be up to date with the payment of taxes and duties.

Criteria for identifying the chosen candidate

The assignment will be entrusted on the basis of the experience and professionalism acquired in the areas relevant to the assignment, evaluated through the examination of the curricula presented. In the evaluation of curricula, specific work experience in the drafting of articles, brochures and communication texts in the Sicilian wine and olive oil sectors will be considered in particular.

Submission of the application

The application, drawn up using the attached form, duly signed by the candidate (with a copy of a valid identity document attached), must be accompanied by a detailed CV, complete with personal details, qualifications and professionalism achieved, also indicating all further information deemed useful to provide an in-depth analysis of the professional profile held.

, under penalty of exclusion, no later than the seventh calendar day from the publication of this Notice, indicating under penalty of exclusion in question the words "Request to participate in Public Notice for drafting text of celebratory brochure".

All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the purposes referred to in this Notice.

This NOTICE is not binding for IRVO, which may reserve the right, for reasons internal to the administration, not to proceed with the assignment of the task
