Notice of prohibition on loading inventory

We inform you that it is not permitted to insert on the portal and subsequently move batches of DOP and/or IGP products for which the prior declaration certificate for the claim of DO/IG grapes or the declaration has not been presented to AGEA. final statement of harvest and wine production.
The relevant circular was in fact issued by AGEA on 17 October 2014 and, therefore, starting from that date, it is possible (by individual producers or associative bodies) to provide for preventive claims for the production of particular types of DO/IG wines which must be marketed prior to the date of presentation of the single declaration of harvest and wine production for the 2014/2015 campaign, according to the methods explained on page 26 paragraph 13 of the aforementioned circular published on our website. portal on 20 October 2014.
Companies that have loaded and moved batches of wine without complying with the aforementioned provisions are therefore invited to promptly regularize their position by attaching the relevant AGEA declaration (preventive or definitive) to the portal, duly endorsed by the CAA.
