Feedback Mechanism

Below is the e-mail address to which reports relating to any defects can be forwarded, in terms of compliance with the general principles for accessibility provided for by the art. 3-bis of Law no. 4/2004 and subsequent amendments and to the provisions of the Guidelines on the accessibility of IT tools" of 26/11/2019 issued by AGID.
Any general suggestions can be sent to the same email address.

Responses to reports are managed within 30 days which will provide times and ways for resolving the request depending on the complexity of the problem identified.

The user can also appeal to the Digital Ombudsman via the specific reference on the accessibility declaration form if, within thirty days of the notification or request for information, the provider does not respond or provides an unsatisfactory response.
