Chemical analysis of olive oil
The IRVO laboratories in collaboration with CORISSIA, a research consortium for the development of innovative agri-environmental systems, have activated the following analytical tests on olive oil:
• Biophenols • Waxes • Triacylglycerolswith ECN 42 • Methyl esters of fatty acids • Pesticides: Atrazine desethyl, Chlorotolunor, Chloroxuron, Crimidine, Fensulfothion, Heptenophos, Isoproturon, Malathion, Metazachlor, Metobromuron, Metalaxyl, Metolachlor, Metribuzin, Mevinphos, Molinate, Monolinuron, Myclobutanil, Omethoate, Phenthoate, Phosalone, Phosmet, Prometryn, Terbuthylazine (Atra zine desethyl ( >2.4 ug/kg), Chlorotolunor (>35 ug/kg), Chloroxuron (>79 ug/kg), Crimidine (>28 ug/kg), Phensulfothion (>66 ug/kg), Heptenophos (>33 ug /kg), Isoproturon (>7.7 ug/kg), Malathion (>53 ug/kg), Metazachlor (>9.0 ug/kg), Methobromuron (>65 ug/kg), Metalaxyl (>20 ug/kg kg), Metolachlor (>34 ug/kg), Metribuzin (>63 ug/kg), Mevinphos (>55 ug/kg),
