Inoveno in Marsala
Tuesday 19 February at 10.30am, at the experimental cellar “G. Dalmasso” via Trapani n. 218 Marsala, a tasting of the experimental wines obtained as part of the INOVENO project, the project to improve Sicilian wines.
The Cellar carries out an important support activity in the scientific activities of the IRVO, since within the structure, experimentation, applied viticultural, oenological and microbiological research is carried out aimed at identifying viticultural models and oenological protocols to be transferred to the companies.
