Study trip to Burgundy

Clos_Veugeot

Get to know the most famous wine-growing areas in the world and at the same time delve into the commercial dynamics of their markets. These are the assumptions of the study trip organized by IRVOS which will involve the producers of Sicilian wineries. The destination is Burgundy, a point of reference for the sector at a global level. A trip, lasting five days (from 17 to 22 July), educational and training which will therefore be divided into guided visits to wine-growing facilities of great technical, historical, cultural and scientific importance.

For example, meetings are planned with researchers and teachers from the University of Oenology of Dijon, the Beaune Wine High School, and the Confrèrie de Tastevin de Bourgogne. And again, with the CIVB managers (Interprofessional Committee of Burgundy wines) and educational visits to Wine Museums and in some prestigious cellars of Burgundy and Beaujolais.

Below are the participating wineries, the producers will be guided by the oenologist Gianni Giardina.
