A young wine and agricultural company, located in the province of Trapani between the municipalities of Santa Ninfa and Salemi (Fontana Bianca), which boasts 85 hectares of agricultural area including vineyards, olive groves, vegetable and fruit orchards. The entire company is particularly attentive to the environment, cultivating all the land with the "Organic" method, producing a third of the necessary electricity with an "Integrated Photovoltaic" system, heating part of the rooms with "Thermal Solar Panels" and purifying and recycling wastewater with “Active Phytodepuration”.
The winery, due to its location and its landscape, was designed and built to welcome all wine tourists in a warm and familiar environment. Inside the cellar you will find, in addition to the Vinification and Wine Refinement area, also a welcoming Wine Shop with a comfortable Tasting Area, where you can delight in the aromas and tastes of the Belice Valley.
Attached to the structure is a small but welcoming guesthouse where you can immerse yourself in the relaxation of agricultural life. The guesthouse consists of three bedrooms with private bathroom, perfectly air conditioned, and embellished with an enchanting view of the Trapani hills.
In the cellar it is possible to organize tastings, aperitifs and food and wine tours made with the most traditional dishes of the territory and the "Belicina" tradition and the local agricultural one.

Mini wine tasting course created for all those who love wine and who have the desire to deepen their knowledge of the Sicilian wine world. The mini course, organized directly in the cellar, will be interspersed with visits to the vineyards and the cellar. The three rooms (double) have an enchanting panoramic view of the Trapani hills. These are equipped with: private bathroom, air conditioning and all the necessary comforts. Breakfast included. All visits and tastings must be booked and confirmed at least 3 days in advance. At the time of booking, a deposit will be requested, equal to 30% of the cost of the tasting/event, which will be retained by Funaro srl in the event of cancellation 48 hours before the tasting/event. |

1. All products used for catering are "Km Zero", i.e. purchased from local companies or produced directly in the company. The cuisine of the Funaro winery is typical home cooking, which revisits local gastronomy in a traditional and creative way (for more details on the menus contact us). The gastronomic products that you will find in our tastings are those listed in the "Service Charter" under the heading "Local Gastronomy".
2. The wines served during the tasting are two whites and two reds (for a total of 4 wines), chosen according to the agreed menu (excluding Spumante Funaro "classic method", unless specifically requested which will result in an increase of €2.00 per person). When booking the event it is possible to request a specific product (subject to company availability).
3. At the customer's request and compatibly with company availability, it is possible to customize all the packages provided in the Service Charter, making logistical and gastronomic changes.
(NB the tasting/event may be subject to an increase in cost).
