The Regional Institute of Wine and Oil has activated a contract called "Full Services" (FS) in order to create a modern operating model that combines continuity, cost-effectiveness, simplification and quality of services; in line with the overall redefinition at a regional level of the parameters linked to transparency, simplification, efficiency and computerization of administrative action envisaged by LR5\11. The project concretizes the decisions taken in this regard by the Board of Directors with resolutions no. 14\2010 and 3\2011.

It is aimed only and exclusively at companies that share a framework of values and alliances for the Wines and Oils of Sicily: identifying and original product quality, territorial quality, organizational quality, innovation, environmental protection and social cohesion.

The Institute intends to promote the initiative by encouraging the participation of companies and associations which, having shared the framework of values and alliances, will have:
• The simplification of payment and invoicing procedures for most of the services that the Regional Wine and Oil Institute provides for a fee (for example, avoiding continuous payments for DOC certifications);
• The possibility, gradually implemented, of being able to request services via the WEB;
• The use of a package of dedicated information/assistance services.

For all activities limited in number or time, or for those for which a selection and/or qualification of recipients is envisaged, membership of the Full Service will be a preferential qualification.

Membership in the FS will be regulated by the relevant person specifications and will include the provision of the services referred to inattachment 1, paid within the times and in the manner foreseen by the corresponding item of the services map, published on this site.

Membership in the Full Service (FS) will be completely free; the membership request must be made on membership form specifically prepared, to be forwarded to the Institute pursuant to art. 4 of the specifications, together with the documentation provided therein (declaration in lieu of certification of registration in the business and anti-mafia register and photocopy of the identity document of the company's legal representative). The requirements and conditions indicated in the relevant specifications must be respected.
The subsequent payment for a minimum amount of €500, to be made after acceptance of the application by the Institute, will be used to open an account in the name of the company. From this, only the costs of paid services that will be requested gradually will be deducted through a simple web procedure.
