Having opted for the form provided in the "structure only" formula (only perimeter columns and dividing walls with the other stands) within which he will create his own set-up at his own care, expense and responsibility, he now releases the Regional Institute of Vine and of the Wine from any civil and criminal liability resulting from this activity for damage caused both in the assembly phase, during the fair and in the dismantling phase.
He asks, where possible, to occupy a stand located at the lane intersections and declares his willingness to pay additional €. 600.00 on the participation fee for each corner of your module facing the corridors.

To this end, aware of the criminal sanctions, in the case of untruthful declarations, preparation or use of false documents, referred to in the art. 76 of Presidential Decree 445 of 12.28.2000;
DECLARE 

to have read the VINITALY 2012 Circular, the Rules and conditions of participation in the exhibitions organized by the IRVV and the general and technical Regulations of Fiere di Verona
to be up to date with the VINITALY 2011 payment
to be available to collaborate fully with the IRVV for the quality control of the wines before and during VINITALY 2012;
that there is no pending procedure for the application of one of the prevention measures referred to in the art. 3 of Law no. 1423/56 or one of the impeding causes provided for by the art. 10 of Law no. 575/65 and which does not fall within the circumstances envisaged by art.2 paragraph 19 letter a) of law 07.15.2009 n.94;
who is not in a state of bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation, receivership or arrangement with creditors, nor are there proceedings underway against him for the declaration of one of these situations;
that no final conviction has been pronounced or no criminal decree has been issued which has become irrevocable, or no sentence has been issued for the application of the penalty upon request, pursuant to art. 444 cpp, towards the subjects referred to in point 1;

receipt of payment of €3,000.00 (one thousand five hundred/00) as a deposit for participation in the event for the space chosen on the ordinary current account in the name of IRVV at the Banco di Credito Siciliano IBAN code: IT 86 C 03019 04612 000008906046;
Rules and conditions of participation in the exhibitions organized by the IRVV signed for acceptance by the legal representative of the company (form B)
valid certificate of validity of the Chamber of Commerce

Pursuant to law 196/03 and subsequent amendments containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, I authorize the processing and communications also by means of IT and multimedia supports, of the personal data referred to above to the following subjects :

To the Autonomous Body for the Fairs of Verona and to their supplier companies, the services relating to participation in the exhibition (technical, logistical, insurance services, etc.; printing of catalogues; creation of the Vinitaly online catalogue; printing, enveloping, personalization and delivery of communications to the customers; promotion on behalf of the Body of services relating to the commercial activity of the Exhibitors) for the purpose of allowing inclusion in the general Vinitaly exhibitor catalogue, in the Vinitaly online catalogue, and for the purposes of managing communications between the companies supplying the setup to this company, as well as for sending documentation and commercial proposals directly from the EA for the Verona Fairs to the companies.
To the companies appointed by the IRVV for translations and printing of the Vini di Sicilia exhibitor catalog and for the transport of wines to the fair;
To any newspapers, freelancers, public bodies and companies appointed by them for the drafting of promotional and advertising articles, or for statistical purposes and sending information and advertising material, issuing invitations, all not exclusively limited to participation in Vinitaly;
To the companies appointed by the Institute to prepare/update the IRVV website, for the purpose of including the company on the site.
To the companies appointed by the Institute and/or Veronafiere for the IT management of data relating to the companies participating in the collective organized by the IRVV, for the purposes of computerized communication to visitors on the allocation of companies at the fair and their characteristics, data and products.
 To companies possibly appointed by the IRVV for event organization and management, PR or advertising activities.

       Failure to consent will make it impossible to carry out the communications or promotional insertions referred to above.
 
Rights provided by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:
We inform you that the art. 7 of the Decree in question, allows the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party can obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his/her personal data and that such data be made available to him/her in an intelligible form. The interested party may also request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing itself; to oppose, free of charge, the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of commercial information or sending of advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication.
